How can I donate to Humable Foundation online?+
Visit our Donate section and choose your preferred payment method — UPI, debit/credit card, or net banking. Click "Donate Now" and complete the secured payment. You'll receive an email receipt instantly.
Is it safe to donate online?+
Yes. All transactions are processed through a PCI-DSS compliant, SSL-secured payment gateway. Humable Foundation does not store your card or banking details. Your payment information is handled entirely by the payment gateway.
What payment methods are accepted?+
We accept UPI (Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm, BHIM, and all UPI apps), debit cards, credit cards, and net banking from major Indian banks. For large donations by cheque or NEFT/RTGS, please contact us at info@humablefoundation.in.
Will I get a donation receipt?+
Yes. An electronic donation receipt is generated and emailed to you immediately after a successful transaction. If you need a physical receipt or an 80G certificate, please email info@humablefoundation.in with your transaction details.
Is my donation eligible for tax deduction under Section 80G?+
Yes. Humable Foundation is registered under Section 80G of the Income Tax Act, 1961. Donations are eligible for a 50% tax deduction. A minimum donation of ₹500 qualifies. Cash donations above ₹2,000 are not eligible for 80G deduction under current rules — please donate via digital payment for tax benefits.
When will I receive my 80G tax certificate?+
For online donations, your 80G tax receipt is typically issued within 7–10 working days via email. If you haven't received it within this time, please write to info@humablefoundation.in with your donation details.
Can I donate on behalf of my company for CSR purposes?+
Yes. Humable Foundation is registered under CSR-1 and is eligible to receive corporate CSR contributions under the Companies Act, 2013. Please contact us at info@humablefoundation.in or call +91 93725 22907 to discuss CSR partnership structures, project alignment, and documentation.
Can foreign nationals or NRIs donate?+
Yes. Humable Foundation is registered under FCRA (Foreign Contribution Regulation Act) and is authorised to receive foreign contributions. All foreign donations are routed through our designated FCRA bank account in compliance with FCRA regulations. Please contact us at info@humablefoundation.in before making an international donation for routing details.
How is my donated money used?+
100% of your donation goes towards our programmes — prosthetic and orthotic device access, rehabilitation support, patient assistance, and awareness camps for specially-abled individuals. We maintain separate books of account for all donations, independently audited annually. Fund utilisation reports are available upon request.
Can I get a refund if I donated by mistake or was charged twice?+
We handle refund requests for duplicate transactions or technical errors. Please email info@humablefoundation.in within 7 days with your transaction ID and the reason for the request. See our full Refund Policy for details.
Can I volunteer with Humable Foundation?+
Absolutely. We welcome volunteers for camp support, fundraising, community outreach, and administrative help. Fill in the contact form on our website and select "Volunteering" as your area of interest, or email info@humablefoundation.in.
